Bespoke chai, aims to supply a hand made, consistent, flavour full honey infused chai with style, consistency, creativity & humor.

We base our bespoke chai flavour profile on that of the chaiwala’s of India with an added touch of first world complexity.

The term “ Slow food for fast people “ applies directly to Bespoke chai.

Good Chai is worth waiting an extra two minutes infusion for ! ;)


Stew Taylor ( Bespoke founder ) has played his part in the Gastronomic world of Australia & abroad for the past 20yrs.

Having extensive fine dining experience in Restaurants from Sydney to Auckland & Hobart to Melbourne. Working for such gastro gods as Neil Perry, Luke Mangan & Damien Piniolet.

While never leaving the espresso machine to gather cobwebs, Stew retained a passion for his first love as Barista by constantly working second jobs to keep his Barista hand & rythem in check.

So to, the natural evolution of a well rounded apprenticeship in Hospitality Stew evolved to blend his own wet chai for the cafes worked & here in sparked the passion for BESPOKE.
